CCMA (Commission for Conciliation and Arbitration) is an independent body established in terms of the LRA (Labour Relations Act), 1995. CCMA wanted to update their website to adapt the latest technology trends, and enhance functionality and overall UX. Team Tech Prastish got an opportunity to help CCMA with website development in WordPress and complete data migration.

About CCMA
Objective:
The main objective of this project was to develop a new, fully-functional website in WordPress, and accurately migrate a large amount of data (text, PPTs, PDF files, word documents, images, and other formats of content).
Our Analysis:
After having some buzz sessions, our collaborators figured out that the main areas that need to be worked on were-
- Building web pages using Elementor
- Customizing codes to create web page designs as per requirements
Implementation:
Team Tech Prastish collaborated with the CCMA team in every step of the way to implement things as needed while using agile methodology.

Website Design & Development Phase
Team Tech Prastish created a custom WordPress website based on the mock-ups provided by CCMA and added plugins to enhance functionality.
By utilizing the latest HTML/CSS codes, our team created pixel-perfect, fully-responsive designs, ensuring they provide optimal experience to visitors using different devices and browsers. The final step in this phase was to migrate data to the new site.
Post Development Testing & Launch
Team Tech Prastish identified and fixed bugs and issues through a series of website testing procedures before launching the website.
Note: In each design and development step, we tested the website carefully to ensure it provides great experience and meets the CCMA requirements.
Results:
With efficient planning and teamwork, our team designed, developed and deployed the new WordPress site with better UI, UX, usability, and functionality. Additionally, the new site is seamlessly navigable, allowing visitors to engage with the content and get required information hassle-free.
