To enhance their eCommerce stores’ functionality and create a seamless shopping experience to customers and staff alike, Pablos sought the expertise of Team Tech Prastish. Through our collaboration, we undertook the task of integrating various third-party applications into their existing infrastructure. Objective:

Pablos serves diverse customers worldwide with their personalized digital artwork services. To enhance functionality and speed up order processing, Pablos wanted to integrate their online stores with Picanova and Gelato PoD. These integrations enable seamless transmission of order & product information, and final artwork created by their talented artists to these Print on Demand (PoD) platforms.

Analysis:

After analyzing Pablos sites’ complex integration and data sharing architectures, we found that the Pablos stores were integrated with AWS Lambda and many other third-party apps, such as Airtable, Zapier, Twilio, etc. for data exchange. Due to the interconnected nature of these apps, it was crucial to implement the new integrations with caution to avoid disrupting the existing ones.

 
During the analysis, we also found that Picanova POD was integrated to one Pablos site, but was unable to link to other stores. After extensive deliberation, our team devised a solution by implementing custom coding. This approach ensured flexibility across all Pablos stores, thus enabling seamless integration with Picanova POD.

Since Pablos sites had complex data sharing architectures, we followed the agile approach to ensure implementation of new integrations correctly and efficiently. Team Tech Prastish successfully integrated Picanova and Gelato PoD applications with Pablos online stores. Pablos sites now have better functionality and are able to process orders quickly.
